Jeg og en venn har kommet fram til at vi skal prøve å lage en porter(Stout, dark ale??). Jeg har aldri lagd en øl med så høy OG før, og forsåvidt aldri en så mørk i hele tatt. Ser oppskriften grei ut? Skal gjære med danstar nottingham. Jeg tviler på at jeg får 70% effektivitet, men vi får se. Det skal også sies at humlen jeg har har litt høyere alfasyre enn det som kom opp med brewmate.
